I started my training in the Martial Arts in October of 1984 in school with Fernando Zea (2^nd grade) at the Takahashi School with where I trained for one year.

Then in 1987 I restarted my training to complete what I was learning and after passing the respective exams I advanced in the established ranges of the Federacion Ecuatoriana de Karate, I also participated in the championships obtaining gold, silver, bronze, and fourth-place medals.

Then on 11^th of December 1993 I obtained the Black Belt 1^st grade approved by Shihan Enrique Perez 6^th grade FEK, with my Master Shihan Rafael Janowitzer 6^th grade IKA-FEK I learned the real Martial Karate, continued competing, training and giving classes.

I was Instructor of the National Police, the Armed Forces, and the Military Intelligence of the Ecuadorian Army Batallion 17 Pastaza Shell – Mera I gave classes to the IWIAS “Devils of the Jungle”

For my part from 1996 to 1999 I was forming my own method of Real Personal Defense which I called “RONIN RYU JIU JITSU” the same that I teach to present and also I am founder of the Organizacion Ronin Ryu Ecuador that I now dedicate to spreading the Martial Arts and Natural Holistic Therapies in an integral and progressive manner.

9^th of December 2001 I obtained International 3^rd grade (Sensei) approved by Kancho Takemasa Okuyama 8^th grade World Head Instructor IKA.
